AI Platform Services
DataFlow AI provides enterprise-grade artificial intelligence and machine learning services, including:
- Data annotation and labeling platforms
- AI workflow automation tools
- Machine learning model development and deployment
- API services and integrations
- Professional services and consulting
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance when possible.
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
- Taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated
Usage-Based Billing
- Some services are billed based on actual usage (API calls, data processing, etc.)
- Usage charges are calculated monthly and billed in arrears
- You can monitor your usage through your account dashboard
- We will notify you if you approach usage limits
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and ACH transfers for enterprise accounts. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services
- Use the Services for competitive analysis or benchmarking
Content Standards

- Content must not contain malware or malicious code
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards
Our Intellectual Property
The Services and all related technology, software, and content are owned by DataFlow AI and protected by intellectual property laws.

- Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission
- All improvements and derivatives remain our property
Your Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data and any intellectual property you create using our Services. We do not claim ownership of your content or trained models.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DATAFLOW AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Termination by You
- You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings
- Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations
- We will provide data export tools upon reasonable request
- Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Termination by Us
- We may terminate accounts for violation of these Terms
- We may suspend services for non-payment
- We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious violations
- Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately
